Yeah! Charged with “failure to obey a traffic device!” Because he was an old bastard, he gets away with it! Anyone from 16-50 years old would get “vehicular manslaughter”. That’s okay. He’ll get a little fine which he can pay with MY SOCIAL SECURITY! I’m sure his penalty will be TONS LESS than the hospital bill of the person he hit!
