Emerging Professionals Program (EPP) Training for HUD Employees

Project Scope:
The training shall be delivered through a blended approach of instructor-led and distance learning solutions for all employees selected for the program. There shall be one version of the training delivered. Through this training, employees should leave with a better understanding of how to improve their career progression from administrative support positions to program staff non-supervisory positions.
a) The initial EPP shall take place over a 12 month period
b) Participants can expect to spend a total of 4 weeks in training over that 12 month span
c) Training shall take place in blocks of one-week intervals
d) The program will include 60 total participants
e) The last week of the program should include a graduation for participants
f) The training should include a blended learning approach (e.g. classroom instruction, role plays, case studies, book reviews, cross functional teams, team exercises, etc.)
g) Assuming funds are available, another 12-month cycle shall follow for the next year
